All 16 ball-bearing drawers are equipped with non-slip mats, operable with full extension.
The drawers have a kind of "soft close" mechanism that pulls them in by itself shortly before the end. This means accidental opening while maneuvering or transporting is a thing of the past. The large storage area on top consists of a large plastic compartment with small compartments on the side.
The wheels are made of plastic surrounded by rubber.
